This popsicle is made only with natural fruit and no preservatives or additives at all. The best part of it is that it’s so easy to make using only two ingredients that are probably already in your pantry.
All you need are:
- fruits – the best for ice bars are melons, oranges, pineapples, strawberries, and apples.
- condensed milk
To make the natural fruit popsicles:
- Juice the prepared fruit using the Juicepresso.
- Mix the juice with the condensed milk (1 tablespoon of condensed milk for every 100 ml of juice)
- Pour into popsicle moulds and put in the freezer to freeze. If you don’t have any, you can also use paper cups, plastic containers, or even muffin or cupcake trays
Freeze the popsicles until solid. This will take at least 3 to 4 hours. So make them either the night before or during breakfast so they’ll be ready as a mid-afternoon snack for the family and kids.
