Delivery and Payment Methods

Delivery Methods

Once your online order is confirmed and the full payment is received, we will process your order and have it dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Standard delivery: 1-3 business days (metro areas) or 5-10 business days (rural areas)

Express delivery: 1-2 business days (depending on the shipping carrier's express network)

Online orders placed before 12pm are typically shipped out the same day or the next business day. If you need your item urgently, please contact us before placing an order to find out about express deliveries and dropshipping.

The delivery cost starts from $15 and will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

For orders over $500, you may be eligible for Free Shipping (see next section). However, international orders and some bulky items such as the Droian Chair may not be eligible for free shipping.

You can estimate your order shipping cost in the checkout section after you've added a product to cart.

As an ongoing promotion on our site, you can get FREE SHIPPING for your whole order when you purchase over $500.

Yes, you can pick up your order from our office at 9 Trade Place, Vermont, VIC during our business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm).

Select "Self pick up" as the shipping option during checkout when you make your order online. Alternatively, give our team a call to place the order with us over the phone.

Please note that your order will only be ready for pick up on the next business day.

If you need your order urgently or on the same day, please give us a call first to check with our team whether a same day pick up is possible.

We mainly use Australia Post Registered eParcel to send out online orders. For express orders, bulky items, or rural areas, we may choose Australia Post Express Parcel, AAE, or TOLL instead.

Regardless of which carrier we use, all orders are sent via registered post. This means that the delivery will have a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.


If you're not home to receive your parcel, the delivery man will leave a card in your mailbox and will deliver your parcel to the nearest post office (for Australia Post) or delivery centre. You can then arrange to pick up your parcel from the post office or centre.


Once your order is shipped out, you will get a shipping confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to track your delivery online.

For assistance or enquiries regarding your delivery, you can contact us and quote your order number, or call Australia Post on 13 POST (13 76 78) and quote your tracking number.

Our website accepts orders for deliveries to all countries.

International deliveries for small parcels are sent via Australia Post Express Courier International, which has tracking and requires signature on delivery.  

Shipping using this method takes 2-4 business days.

For bulky items such as the Droian Chair, deliveries will be arranged based on the shipping country. The flat rate shipping of $990AUD will be arranged with a shipping method chosen by Andatech.
