We will send you an email within 24 business hours. The email will include return instructions and a postage paid return label.
Mail your breathalyser back
Pack your breathalyser up securely and drop it off at an Australia Post counter near you.
Get your new breathalyser in the mail
Once we have received your old breathalyser, we will send your brand new unit to you.

Can I trade in my breathalyser if it is really old / not working / broken?
Yes, you can.
We accept all breathalysers, regardless of their age, brand and working condition.
However, the unit should be in acceptable physical condition with no major damage or missing built-in parts or components.
As long as you have a breathalyser that you no longer need or want, we are happy to accept it back for a trade-in.
Do contact us with pictures of your unit if you would like further clarification.
What if I've lost some of the accessories?
That's perfectly fine!
We just want the breathalyser on its own.
You don't have to include the box, manual, or accessories if you don't want to or if you've lost them.
How do I send my old breathalyser back to you?
Our email (see Step 2 in the "Breathalyser Trade In Process") will include a reply paid return label attached as a PDF.
You will need to download the PDF and print it. (If you don't have a printer, you can show it to the Australia Post counter staff and they will be able to print it out for you at the post office).
You need to pack your breathalyzer up securely in a padded bag or box.
Then, just paste the printed out return label onto the packaging and drop it off at the post office.
Our return label has a tracking number so we can track its delivery back to us.
Do I have to pay for the shipping fee?
No, you do not need to pay for shipping at Australia Post if you use the return label we've provided in the email in Step 2.
When will I receive my new breathalyser?
The whole process may take roughly 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on where you are and how fast Australia Post is with delivery.
If you need a new breathalyzer urgently and want to do the trade-in, do contact our customer support team to discuss.
Can I drop by your office instead?
Yes, you certainly can.
However, please do not complete the trade-in process online.
Instead, please contact our support team to arrange a trade-in.
Can I trade in 2 old breathalysers for 1 new one?
Our trade-in program is only valid for a 1-for-1 trade in. Therefore, we do not allow trading in 2 units to get 1 new unit.
What if the model I want is not offered online?
