We recently won the Customer Service Experience of the Year at the Optus My Business Awards 2016 and our director, Irwandy Tan, was interviewed by My Business about our approach to maintaining superior service.

In the interview, Irwandy talked about how he started Andatech in 2003, and how he began to grow the business into what it has become today.

Today, Andatech receives enquiries internationally and has established teams in Malaysia and the Philippines.

Irwandy also talked about the challenges that Andatech has faced, and how the business focused on providing excellent customer service.

Andatech won not only the Customer Service Experience of the Year at Optus My Business Awards, but also won two categories for Business innovation and Business Excellence in the Australian Business Awards in 2016.
