Summer Juice Recipes - Andatech Distribution

Make the most of your cold press juicer this summer by making some healthy and refreshing fruit and vegetable juices at home! If you don’t own a juicer, why not bring the juice bar home and invest in a LifeSpring cold press juicer? Juicing at home not only saves you money, it’s also much more nutritional and flavourful than pre-packaged juice or juice bar fruit smoothies.

We’ve compiled five of the best juice recipes that are perfect for summer – refreshing, healthy and easy to make using produce that’s in season.

Honey Ginger Lemonade

Spicy and sweet lemonade – excellent for relieving a blocked nose, headache or sore throat. Mix it up with some ice cubes for a refreshing afternoon delight.
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Honey
