How to manage high and low humidity levels (Relative Humidity / RH Levels) at home during different seasons.

Humidity is the amount of water vapour in the air around you. It can vary with air temperature and pressure. It is usually measured as Relative Humidity (RH), i.e. the percentage of water vapour in the air.

The optimum comfortable RH level in your home is roughly 40 - 60%, but this can change depending on the season. This is because different seasons usually bring different temperature and humidity swings with it.

Different humidity levels can also affect your health and home. Too much or too little moisture in the air can cause health threats and illnesses. It can also cause discomfort and damages at home.
